If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

ClosetFitApp is an AI-powered wardrobe management and virtual try-on platform that provides:

• • Virtual try-on features using computer vision technology
• • Style insights and wardrobe analytics

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• • Maintain the security of your password and account
• • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including photos of clothing items ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

This license terminates when you delete your content or account. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you provide.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ClosetFitApp and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• • Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our permission

7. Subscription & Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

• • You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees
• • Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
• • Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable app store policies

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClosetFitApp and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated outfit suggestions are recommendations only and should not be relied upon as professional styling advice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data and uploaded photos within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
